AUDITIONS for MHYT’s Urinetown the Musical

MHYT will send out a Sign-Up Genius with individual 5-minute audition slots to all auditioners who register.
Ages: 12 – 18
When: May 18th & 19th with callbacks by invitation only on May 22nd
Where: Mile High Youth Theatre, 940 Fillmore St.
What to prepare: Please prepare a 1-minute monologue and 32 bars (approx. 45-60 seconds) of a comedic musical theatre song with a backing track.
Tuition (if cast): $475; payment plans and scholarships available
Rehearsals: M/T/W/TR from 5:30 – 8:30 PM (actors may not be called to every rehearsal) at MHYT, 940 Fillmore St. beginning June 3rd.
Performances: July 19th – 21st, 2024

July 20th – 2 PM
July 20th – 7 PM
July 21st – 2 PM
Tech Week and Performances will be held at Benchmark Theatre, 1560 Teller St. Lakewood.
MHYT follows Colorado Community Theatre Guidelines as well as additional children’s theatre guidelines set forth in our bylaws.
